Wagner Tuning's Intercooler Kit for 2019+ Audi RS 5! The Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler has got a new performance core with the external core dimensions 222 mm x 200 mm x 120 mm / 8,74Inch x 7,87Inch x 4,72Inch. This intercooler core was directly developed for the high requirements of the RS4/RS5 engine and offers 185 % more external core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The calculated ratio between the inner and outer cooling surface generates a maximum heat transfer and at the same time the best possible internal air flow. The aluminum cast end tanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations. The result is an excellent cooling property with a minimal back pressure.

Wagner Tuning competition intercoolers deliver an easy fitment and maximized cooling. They are treated with a protective anti-corrosion coating with perfect thermal heat-dissipating characteristics.
