The 8-spoke F6SX is packed with details and all its intimate cuts and angles are strategic and in place to extract as much weight as possible while remaining incredibly stout. These wheels deliver tensile strength that even exceeds that of our motorsport proven Flow Form wheels. Konig’s new forged offerings are the result of the brand constantly striving to bring the very best to your vehicle in a reliable, affordable package. Available in 17-and-18-inch applications in Race Bronze and Matte Grey.

Using forged technology, the F6SX is designed for maximum performance without any signs of compromise. The deep ball cuts on each side of its eight spokes are the result of an effort to reduce weight while adding rigidity. That same mentality carries over to the wheel’s lip, where you’ll find multiple steps were formed after trimming any excess while simultaneously increasing strength. The result is a rigid design that carries the sort of details you won’t find on any other wheel on the market. The same c-channeled rear flange and knurled beading that has worked so well for Konig on its other wheel options is used here to further boost strength and stand up to the most rigorous conditions.

FEA Analysis

Utilizing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and advanced engineering simulation software we push every wheel design through countless variations of impact, bending and stress, simulations to optimize wheel weight, increase strength and rigidity and reinforce high-stress areas. FEA allows us to do hundreds of minor adjustments and simulations before we even get to the physical tests.

Concavity Profile

Traditional wheel designs often struggle to accommodate larger brake setups, especially on performance-oriented vehicles. Konig Forged wheels address this by utilizing size-specific concavity profiles. By strategically dishing the center section, we create ample clearance for big brake kits without compromising the wheel's overall design. This ensures optimal braking performance without resorting to spacers, which can introduce fitment issues and affect handling. Konig Forged wheels come in a wide range of sizes, from 17x9 to 19x12.5, with PCDs ranging from 4x100 to 5x130.

Knurled Bead Seat

Konig forged wheels incorporate knurled bead seating, a design feature that enhances the tire-to-wheel interface. This textured surface optimizes grip and minimizes tire slippage during high-performance maneuvers, promoting precise handling and driver confidence.
