The VIPER X series racing seats are designed for those who like to have their cake and eat it too. With the VIPER X series seats you don’t have to choose between practicality and performance. Like the rest of the BRAUM lineup, the VIPER X series seats offer street-friendly features like an easy to adjust, handle-type reclining mechanism, as well as easy to clean and aesthetically pleasing leatherette. All this in a track-friendly package, with features like high thigh bolsters—the most aggressive in our lineup. Like the other seats in BRAUM’s lineup, the VIPER X series seats are also made with high strength steel tubular frames wrapped in our proprietary heat-and-pressure sensitive injection-molded foam for a one-of-a-kind fit and unmatched comfort. The result is a seat with all the benefits of a seat made for the street—the looks, durability, and ease of maintenance of leatherette and the convenience of a reclining mechanism—as well as the benefits of a track-oriented seat, like high-friction jacquard fabric for high-contact areas (back and legs) and aggressive bolstering. The VIPER X series seats are track ready without requiring track exclusivity, still allowing for effortless ingress and egress.

1. Orders During the Holiday Season

Orders may take 1-3 weeks to ship depending on availability. If items sell out, your order will be placed on backorder, and we will email you the updated estimated ship date. Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Air Bags

Aftermarket seats are not recommended in vehicles with factory air bag systems. BRAUM Racing does not guarantee proper air bag function if you install BRAUM Racing products. By purchasing, you assume all risk associated with your factory air bag system. We do not provide advice on bypassing any alerts or codes caused by removing factory seats. Always follow factory warnings and recommendations.

3. Disclaimer

Products sold by BRAUM Racing may not be street legal in all states. Buyers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws. BRAUM Racing is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from driver error, incorrect installation, or misuse. All products are intended for off-highway use only and should be used as intended.

By purchasing BRAUM products, whether through BRAUM or a BRAUM dealer, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BRAUM Racing, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from all claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of this website or BRAUM Racing products.

Purchases are at your own risk. No warranty or representation is made that BRAUM Racing products will protect users from injury or death. Effectiveness and longevity depend on proper installation, use, and maintenance. Users are responsible for complying with all local laws.

6. Product Fitment & Color Variations

BRAUM Racing does not guarantee fitment for seats, harnesses, or universal products due to variations in vehicle interiors. Use provided dimensions to check fitment. Colors may vary slightly from images due to lighting, angles, or screen resolution. BRAUM Racing is not liable for incorrect assessments of fitment or color.

7. Warranty

BRAUM Racing offers a limited lifetime warranty on manufacturing structural defects for seats, harnesses, and harness bars. Terms include:

  • Warranty covers original purchaser only.
  • Proof of purchase and prior authorization are required for returns.
  • Repair or replacement of defective parts at BRAUM Racing’s discretion.
  • Freight costs are not covered.
  • Exclusions: accidents, negligence, alterations, normal wear and tear, abuse, improper installation, or high-stress driving.
  • No warranty guarantees protection from injury or death.

Replacement parts for physical damage may be offered at additional cost.

8. Use of Information Submitted

Any comments, designs, ideas, or other content submitted to us may be used by BRAUM Racing in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

BRAUM Racing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Purchases are at your own risk.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

11. Force Majeure

BRAUM Racing is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events beyond reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
