Description
The Accessport is the world's best selling, most flexible, and easiest to use ECU upgrade solution for your Toyota. Unlock power hidden within the vehicle by replacing conservative factory settings with more aggressive calibrations. Follow our staged upgrade path with pre-loaded Off The Shelf (OTS) maps or use custom mapping for any modification level. It's the last engine management solution you'll ever need.
This version of the Accessport includes the capability to flash the TCM which is the unit that controls the transmission (AT). It includes various Off The Shelf transmission tunes which adjust shift points, shift firmness, skip shift behavior, and torque limits to fit your preferred driving style.
Manual Transmission (MT) Tacoma vehicles are now available for the Accessport. Note: Off-the-shelf (OTS) maps are not available at this time. Please reach out to a COBB Protuner to schedule tuning for your MT Tacoma.
This Accessport includes a Gateway Bypass Harness. To use it, connect the harness to your vehicle’s OBD-II port, the Gateway connector, and then to the Accessport. The Gateway Bypass Harness enables ECU communication in situations where the Accessport would otherwise be ignored—such as during initial installation, when dumping an unsupported vehicle ROM file, or when recovering from a failed flash. It is not required for map changes or uninstalling the Accessport. Installation instructions are available HERE.

The in-cabin mountable Accessport V3 has a large, full color, high resolution screen which allows you to monitor up to six parameters in real time. Fully customizable from the look (multiple bezel colors), layout (set up a race, street or dyno gauge cluster) and mounting options (choose from 1,000s of standard vehicle mounts). Of course, all of the great COBB tuning is included - with enough space for 100 calibrations. This is your new Accessport - and maybe the last one you'll ever need.

COBB OEM+:This map is intended to be a sporty but refined improvement on the stock transmission behavior. • Shift Points: moderately increased shift points for sportier acceleration; more responsive downshift schedules. • Throttle Response: modest increases in mid-throttle requested torque. • Torque Limits: increased torque limits.
COBB Sport:This map is intended to be a performance-first improvement on the stock transmission behavior. • Shift Points: increased shift points for livelier acceleration; more responsive downshift schedules. • Throttle Response: more aggressive increases in mid-throttle requested torque. • Torque Limits: increased torque limits.
